We Know Choosing A Lawyer Is A Big Decision

Our founder, Barry J. Fuller, understands people who need legal help are taking a chance when they hire an attorney. They are entrusting their lives to someone whose guidance could drastically impact their futures. Because of this, Barry believes every attorney should possess certain fundamental attributes — character, academics, experience and resources — that should be weighed appropriately by each person seeking legal representation.

Here is how our firm works to embody these fundamental principles:

We believe character is one of the most important and most overlooked factors in hiring an attorney. And, one's character is often well-illustrated by examining an attorney's personal life outside of his or her legal career. By visiting the link below, you will see Barry has been elected and appointed to leadership roles his entire life. He strongly believes in service to others and has served both his community and his fellow man throughout his life.

We also believe academics are an equally important attribute of the attorney you select. Barry's academic accomplishments have always been superior. During his undergraduate years at the University of Florida, he was elected to the Phi Kappa Phi Honorary Society, the nation's oldest, largest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines. He was also a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary Society, the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive in a business program accredited by AACSB. He graduated cum laude and ranked in the top 2 percent for business administration graduates. Barry went on to receive a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Law School where he graduated in the upper third of his class while simultaneously working full time.

The range of experience and success of an attorney is also important. When Barry began his legal practice, he worked as a general practitioner handling many different areas of law. Such widespread experience carries over into his current practice and sets him apart from other attorneys who only specialize in a small area of the law. Having represented a wide range of clients — including individuals, banking institutions, real estate firms, builders, manufacturers and other commercial organizations — the diversity of his experience helps him better tailor solutions to his clients' individual needs, which may encompass more than one area of the law.

Keeping up to date with the laws affecting our community with appropriate resources is also essential. We believe knowledge is power and aim to be more knowledgeable than our opposition. We invest significantly in office equipment and electronic research tools in order to perform the superior legal work our clients need and entrust. We also enlist the assistance of other attorneys or professionals when necessary, those whom Barry would personally hire himself if he needed their unique insight.
