CHARACTER: I believe that character is one of the most important and one of the most overlooked factors in hiring an attorney. One's character is often well illustrated by his personal life, which is in turn best revealed by his activities outside of his legal career. That is why, in my CV below, I have placed "Civic Associations and Activities", "Prizes and Awards," and "Publications" first. As you will see, I have distinguished myself and been elected to, appointed to, and served in leadership roles my entire life. I strongly believe in service to others, and have served both my community and my fellow man throughout my life.

ACADEMICS: My academic accomplishments have been superior throughout my life; they include the following:
• Completing two high school years in one while living in Australia.
• Awarded an Australian Commonwealth Academic Scholarship for my achievements that year.
• Election to Phi Eta Sigma Honorary Society, the National College freshman academic honorary society.
• Ranking in the top 2%+/- of my freshman university class.
• Cum Laude graduate of the University of Florida.
• Election to Phi Kappa Phi Honorary Society (the nation's oldest, largest, and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines).
• Election to Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary Society (the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive in a business program accredited by AACSB).
• Ranking in the top 2%+/- of business administration graduates.
• Upper third class ranking at University of Florida Law School.
• Selected for International Moot Court ( a trial oriented Law School organization).
EXPERIENCE: I have a broad range of experience and success, having begun my practice at a time when one could be a general practitioner, a status which is difficult to hold in this contemporary legal environment. The great benefit of this experience carries over into every aspect of my practice, and often provides invaluable knowledge which other attorneys, specialized in only one small area of the law, do not have. I have represented numerous banking institutions, real estate firms, builders, manufacturers, the Clay County Association of Realtors, and other commercial organizations. I was a technical advisor in the creation of one of the nation's first and most complete loan closing software programs, and I created several residential real estate transfer forms which were adopted by nationwide lenders, local attorneys and title insurance companies.
You are invited to review my experience, which I believe speaks for itself.

RESOURCES: Knowledge is power. My goal in my legal work is to be more knowledgeable than my opposition, as greater knowledge brings better results. Accordingly, I invest significantly in electronic research facilities, and possess all office equipment necessary to perform superior legal work. When a case demanding additional support arises, I associate one of the numerous attorneys I have come to know well during my practice, my object being only to associate with attorneys I would personally hire were I my client.
